Are you ready to color this adorable little pig?

Here are some tips and tricks to bring it to life and make it even more fun.

Colors:

Piglet: A piglet’s skin is usually pink, but you can play with lighter or darker shades to make it more interesting. You can use light pinks, skin tones, or even a little light grey in some areas to give it a more realistic touch.
Ears and snout: You can add a brighter pink color to the ears and snout to create a nice contrast.
Eyes: Paint the eyes in black or dark brown to make them look shiny and full of life.
Water puddles: Use light blue or grey for the water puddles. If you want them to look reflective, you can leave small areas white to mimic light reflections.

Techniques:

Shading and light: If you want to make the piglet look more realistic, try adding some shadows. Use a darker color pencil under the piglet’s belly and legs to create a shadow effect. On the top, like on its head or back, you can use lighter colors to make it seem like the light is coming from above.
Texture: Use soft, circular strokes to color the piglet, and adjust the pressure depending on how intense you want the color to be.
Mud and water: If you like the idea of the piglet playing in mud, you can add some brown around its legs and in the puddles! This will give it a fun and realistic touch.
