You have two young men who are the dads of the baby. They’re dressed in t-shirts. Choose your favorite colors for their shirts. Maybe one dad has a blue t-shirt and the other a green one. It’s up to you!
Now, let’s color the baby. The baby might be wearing a cute onesie or pajamas. Use soft colors like pastel pink, sky blue, or any color you like. Remember to color their little face with tones that represent tenderness and happiness.
Imagine where this happy family is. Are they at home, in a park, or maybe in a special place for them? Draw and color some elements that you think belong in their story, like toys, a rug, or trees and flowers if they are outdoors.
In the past, it was often thought that fathers had a very specific role in the family. But today, we know that fathers can do many things. They can take care of their children, cook, play with them, teach them new things, and most importantly, show them lots of love. The dads in our drawing, like all parents, have a crucial role in providing love, protection, education, and fun in their baby’s life.
The families we are coloring today are an example of the diversity in our world. Diversity is a good thing because it teaches us about respect, empathy, and the importance of accepting others as they are. Everyone deserves love and respect, and all families, no matter how they are formed, are special and valuable.
All people, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity, have the right to form a family and be happy. We must learn to respect differences and celebrate the diversity that exists in the world.
