Chelsea Football Club, or as many call them, “the Blues”, is one of London’s most famous football teams. They’re instantly recognised by their iconic crest, which features a rampant lion holding a staff – it really stands out. Their home kit is, of course, a deep blue, and that’s exactly why they carry that nickname.
The Chelsea lion carries a strong symbolism: it represents courage, nobility, and Britain’s royal heritage. Interestingly, the club adopted this emblem back in 1953, and although it has gone through several redesigns, the lion has always remained at its heart.

Basic Colours for the Chelsea Crest
The easiest way to work on the crest is step by step, so you don’t get lost in the details:
Royal Blue: This is the main colour, elegant and bold. Use it for the outer border of the crest and for the lion itself.
Golden Yellow: Perfect for the staff the lion is holding, as well as the flowers.
Red: A small but important detail, used for the base of the staff.
White: For the background of the crest and the flower spaces.

Adding Depth and a 3D Effect
